Commencement of Meeting and Review of Agenda

Gail Marshall called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. and reviewed the topic on the agenda for this meeting.

Review and Approval of Minutes from August 2^nd

MOVED by Amy Young, seconded by Laurel Robbins, and unanimously voted to approve the minutes of August 8, 2007 as presented. 

Presentation and Discussion of Model #4 with Variations Based Upon Participation

Rob Liebow and Nancy Thurlow presented a working spreadsheet of model #4 and how each town would be affected based on participation, enrollment, and valuation.  Variations on this model were also presented showing how each town would be affected if one or more towns decide not to participate. 

The committee agreed to continue reviewing this model and further understand how these variations will affect the education of our students and the taxpayers in our communities.
